Taking a Seat (38/365)

More photos from my after work escapades. I was working in down town Toronto today and decided afterwords I was going to have a bit of a walk around (Its not every day I get free parking in the heart of Toronto, and I felt I deserved it for driving in Toronto). Oh free life tip, if you ever have the chance to drive in down town Toronto on a week day don't. Let me suggest something more fun, like swallowing sewing needles, or getting shot in the genitals.

I almost lost my point, I was walking and noticed this gent taking a seat and so I took his photo. The end.

Oh no not the end. I have to mention the samyang 85 f1.4 is a remarkable lens. Sharp wide open, decently contrasty (not better than the 6x more pricey canon 85L or nikon 85G, but staggeringly good otherwise). The focus ring is well damped with a huge throw distance (some might not like this but I LOVE IT TO PIECES). Couple that with the precision focusing screen and you have a match made in heaven.

I've decided to start taking a bunch of pictures at work so this is the first in the quot;This is What Happens When You Flush the Toiletquot; series.

I'm picking buildings at random so once I have a bunch posted I may link them through in order so the process makes sense.

This is one of the old packed tower scrubbers that was used for odour control in the Truck Loading Building.
